المهام الوظيفية |
Perform systems and business analysis. Understand business processes and be able recognize and recommend customizations to meet or improve the company's operations. Set and carryout timelines and deadlines necessary to complete the conversion efficiently and accurately. Supervise programmers and other IT staff. Work with outside implementation consultant to plan and organize implementation tasks. Lead the ERP project to ensure successful implementations in our regions; in this endeavor, he will effectively act as the project manager. Standardize technologies and platforms used in our operations regionally. Lead the IT team in identifying new technologies and solutions for our consideration and adoption. Manage the department's budgets, personnel and assets. Lead and control IT initiatives on a regional level. Optimize existing technologies used by the group to provide the optimum service to our internal and external clients. Determine and write standards and procedures for technical functions. Assist in the establishment and implementation of tactical and strategic plans for IT; assist in the development and management of associated budgets. Ensure security and business continuity process frameworks are followed. Directs and plans appropriate training and usage of installed software and hardware. Remain informed of the most current IT trends and technology. |

المهارات الشخصية |
B.SC degree in computer science, computer information systems; a Masters degree is preferred.
Five plus years of increasing responsibility and professional experience in a related field.
Extensive knowledge of information technology theory, principles and practices; considerable knowledge of data and voice communication systems, office automation systems, and application development principles. |
