Especially I handle :
adding service providers to SMSC to provide sending message and receiving message from subscribers using SMPP V3& 4 protocol
Monitor the SMSC system servers and services
Deal with database of SMS , and make queries as required ( reports)
Configure the service providers parameter to control traffic and route
Discus the proposal from SPs with marketing department , and join the conference regarding VAS.
Make the backup for database, and CDR (bill charge)
  Achievements : I am working in two levels : network level , and application level.
Application level:
Share creation of an alert program in case the internet disconnected
install and configure the SMSC application( HUAWEI) , SMSCGW(HUAWEI) application and database server( SQL 2000) , all are cluster environments.
Connect all application internally in my company which need to be connected to SMSC ( this applications send SMS to subscribers)
Connect more than 20 SPs to SMSC , with more than 250 services . this service includes TVs channels , some competitive services and other.
Share many tests about Long Short Message (LSM) until it success in CDMA network

Network level :
configure routers(QUIDWAY HUAWEI) and firewalls(NETSCREEN NS25 ) which used to connect SPs applications to our equipments(SMSCGW)
manage the network environment in office ( IPs , cables, domains ,installation etc)
maintain the global IPs and assign it to many servers by nating in firewall.
Hosting the SPs servers and maintain the remote connections from SPs offices to these servers. This using CISCO router( 1721) and NETSCREEN (NS25) firewall
Holding VPN connection to Syniverse
